Former super eagles coach Stephen Siasia who was recently banned for alleged illegal manipulation of football matches has submitted his statement of appeal to CAS in Switzerland, asking the court to stop FIFA’s decision until his appeal is heard.
“This may be a fight to end for a person who likes to attack each as a celebrated player of the Eagles and an educator, remarked Mitchell obi, celebrated journalist and President AIPS-Africa.
“We will solely pray that Samson’s appeal hit the proper cords and he finally gets the hearing that ne’er was, significantly, in an exceedingly case that he’s being disciplined merely on ‘motivated decision.
“Will this appeal, offer Samson the important strength he has to beat the Delilah known as FIFA ethics panel. All eyes are on CAS,” remarked obi
According to Sahara reporter, The NFF described the life ban as a “massive sanction”, adding that it is shocked by the decision of the FIFA Ethics Committee.
